A club coach has to worry about the scoreline, the tactics of the whole team, and managing 16 different players and parents. They rarely have the luxury of watching one single player for 90 minutes straight. My Independent Technical Audit is a 1-to-1 deep dive. I have the time to notice the tiny technical flaws—like a player always turning into pressure or a specific physical imbalance—that a busy coach might overlook.
The best approach is total transparency framed as "extra support." You aren't hiring a new coach; you are hiring a technical auditor to provide data that the club coach might not have time to gather. Tell them: "We’ve invested in a 12-month technical audit to help [Player Name] focus on their individual development goals so they can contribute more effectively to the team." Most professional-minded coaches welcome the extra data—especially the Coach Handover Sheet.
Not if it’s presented correctly. Our reports are designed to "speak the language" of academy and club coaches. By providing a Coach Handover Sheet (Tier 2 & 3), you are actually making their job easier. You are handing them a professional summary of the player's strengths and growth areas, which allows them to align their feedback with an objective, independent baseline.
Yes.
Reports are designed to be clear, structured, and professionally formatted for third-party review.
However, we advise strategic use rather than mass distribution
We usually suggest only sharing the Coach Handover Sheet. The full 18-page dossier is a deep dive for the family and the player. The Handover Sheet is the "Executive Summary" that gives the manager exactly what they need to know in a professional, concise format without overwhelming them with data.
