1. Main Terms & Conditions

  • Parental Consent & Representation: Since our clients are under 18, all contracts are strictly between SB Scouting and the parent or legal guardian. By purchasing an audit, you affirm you are the legal guardian and provide express consent for SB Scouting to analyze the athlete’s image and likeness.

  • Service Tiers & Commitments: Tier 2 (6-month) and Tier 3 (12-month) commitments secure a dedicated position on the Roster. Early cancellation of these commitments does not result in a pro-rated refund.

  • Refund & Transfer Policy: Once an audit has commenced, no refunds will be issued. All slots are non-transferable.

  • Waitlist Priority: Priority is determined strictly by timestamp. Once notified of an opening, you have 24 hours to secure the slot before the opportunity expires and is offered to the next individual in the queue.

2. Privacy Policy headlines ( see separate Policy )

  • Data Collection: We store and handle the player’s name, birth year, and submitted video footage solely for the purpose of development services.

  • Footage Ownership: Any sensitive video footage submitted remains the property of the client.

  • Usage Restrictions: SB Scouting will only use this footage for the purpose of the audits and related services. We will not share, publish, or use footage for marketing without separate, express written consent.

  • Compliance: We adhere to UK GDPR and the Data Protection Act 2018 (UK), the ICO Children's Code, GDPR (EU), and where relevant US state laws (e.g. COPPA for under-13s in the US).     

3. Legal Disclaimer

  • Professional Opinion: The Audit is a professional opinion based on the "Premier League Lens". Scouting is inherently subjective; therefore, specific outcomes cannot be promised.

  • No Guarantees: SB Scouting provides development guidance but does not guarantee club placement, scholarships, or professional contracts.

  • Liability Limitation: This disclaimer clarifies that SB Scouting is not liable for future outcomes or the lack of professional placement following the service.
